Balanced Life

Do you ever feel like you are out of whack?  Obtaining equilibrium in your life is very important.  Some areas of your life may be in balance while others are not.  Our bodies are comprised of physical, mental and spiritual components.  In order to function at our optimal level, all three of these need to be in balance.  Watch out for those things that will derail you.  Balance requires dedication and sacrifice.
